Ingredients
SERVINGS: Makes about 3/4 cup
- 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons minced cilantro
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice, plus 1 teaspoon finely grated zest
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
Instructions
Whisk together all ingredients until thick. Season with salt and pepper.
