Ingredients
- ½ cup sea salt
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup black pepper
- ½ cup paprika
- 1 ½ teaspoons white pepper
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon oregano
- 1 tablespoon thyme
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 2 teaspoons cayenne powder
- 2 teaspoons cumin powder

Use this dry rub to season the meat of your choice
Place all ingredients in a large jar with a tight-fitting lid. Shake well to mix. Use immediately and store the remainder in a cool, dry place.
Makes about 2 ½ cups.
