- 1½ ounces Patron Reposado tequila
- ¼ ounce Orchard apricot liqueur
- ½ ounce Italicus bergamot liqueur
- ¾ ounce Earl Grey simple syrup
- ½ ounce lemon juice
- 1 bar spoon fi g jam
- Thyme sprigs
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in small shaker. Add ice; shake 10 seconds. Strain into rocks glass on ice and add thyme sprig garnish.
