Ingredients
SERVINGS: 1 Cocktail
- 2 ounces pineapple peach kombucha
- 1 ounce passionfruit elixir
- ¾ ounce simple syrup
- 2 ounces butterfly pea tea topper
- Passionfruit boba
- Pineapple fronds
- Dehydrated pineapple
Preparation
Combine kombucha, elixirs, and simple syrup in small shaker tin. Add ice; shake 10 seconds. Strain into pineapple glass over crushed ice. Gently add butterfly pea tea to top of drink, then add boba and dehydrated pineapple garnish.
