- 2 ounces Angel’s Envy Rye Whiskey (Caribbean cask finished)
- ¼ ounce homemade burnt sugar syrup
- 3 dashes Angostura bitters
Light apple wood chips on fire in a small bowl and cover with an old-fashioned glass. Remove glass and place a large, hand-cut cube inside. Shake, strain, and pour liquor, syrup, and bitters mix into the “smoking” glass. Garnish with a fresh orange peel.
