Ingredients
- 1 bottle rosé wine, frozen overnight in pan or sealed plastic bag
- 8 ounces watermelon, cubed and frozen
- 8 ounces frozen strawberries
- ½ cup simple syrup, made by heating equal parts sugar and water together until sugar dissolves
- ⅓ cup lemon juice
- 3 ounces raspberry liqueur
- 1 tablespoon rose water
- for garnish: dehydrated citrus wheel, watermelon wedge, and/or fresh mint
Preparation
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Garnish with a dehydrated citrus wheel, watermelon wedge, and/or fresh mint.
