Ingredients
- 1 European cucumber, sliced into rounds
- 1 (8-ounce) container crème fraiche
- 8 ounces smoke salmon
- 1 ounce caviar
- for garnish: 1 bunch fresh chives and/or dill, snipped into 2-inch lengths
Preparation
Arrange the cucumber rounds on a platter and top each with about a teaspoon of crème fraiche. Top half of the rounds with a small dollop of caviar and half with a small rolled up piece of smoked salmon. Top each with either 2 chives or a decorative piece of dill and serve chilled.
