Ingredients

SERVINGS: 2 Serving(s)
  • 2 (1½-inch) boneless pork chops
  • 1 or 2 ears corn
  • ¾ teaspoon coarse kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon lemon pepper
  • ½ teaspoon seasoned salt
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • cooking oil spray

Preparation

Preheat air fryer to 350°F for 5 minutes.

In a small mixing bowl, combine all seasonings, reserving ½ teaspoon.

Dry pork chops fully with paper towel. Heavily coat all sides of each chop with spice rub. Spray the pan of the air fryer and the pork chops with cooking oil spray. Place the chops into the air fryer. Cook at 350° for 9 minutes. Turn the pork chops over and cook 9 more minutes, or until thermometer reads 145°. Remove and allow meat to rest.

Prepare corn on the cob: Remove husks and cut cobs in half. Spray the corn with cooking oil spray.

While pork chops are resting, cook corn at 400° for 6–8 minutes. Remove from air fryer and sprinkle with reserved spices.
