Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup fresh dill, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 cup Whole Foods Market organic Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 2–3 pounds ripe heirloom tomatoes (they look funny but they taste the best!), sliced
- 1–2 organic English cucumbers, thinly sliced
Preparation
Combine first 6 ingredients in a bowl and, if possible, let sit in the refrigerator overnight to allow the flavors to marry. Arrange the sliced tomatoes and cucumbers decoratively on a platter, season with salt and pepper if desired, and serve with the dressing on the side.
