Summer in Sarasota is a steamy, sultry affair that calls for poolside cocktails in refreshing flavors. We asked talented craft cocktail expert Spencer Taliaferro to create recipes utilizing healthy mixers from local pressed-juice juggernaut CROP Juice. Spencer has been featured on the Food Network and in USA Today, he was rated one of the Top 10 mixologists in the United States in 2017, and is responsible for creating cocktails being served on all nine ships for Celebrity Cruises in this year. CROP Juice is the brainchild of juice mixologist, Karen Odierna. CROP’s organic fruit and vegetable juices are handcrafted daily and have quickly become popular with Sarasota’s health-conscious foodies. These three cocktails are simple yet sophisticated, straightforward but packed with complex flavor, and designed to be easy to replicate by the at-home mixologist.
