Boursin Chicken Breast Wrapped in Prosciutto

Preheat oven to 350o

Place chicken breasts in a shallow baking dish close to one another, but not touching, then drizzle with a little olive oil and season fresh ground pepper, rosemary, and thyme to taste.

Place approximately 1 tablespoon Boursin at the widest part of each breast. Use 2–3 slices of prosciutto to completely wrap each breast, covering the Boursin. If the prosciutto tears, simply press together or overlap pieces where necessary.

Drizzle each breast with a little more olive oil and place in pre-heated oven, roasting for approximately 30 minutes, or until done.



  • 4 medium chicken breasts
  • Extra virgin olive oil

  • Rosemary and thyme, fresh or dried
