- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup cubed cantaloupe
- 1 cup cubed watermelon
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
- Fresh mint sprigs, for garnish
Preparation
Add fruit to a large bowl. In a separate bowl, mix lime juice and powdered sugar until dissolved. When ready to serve (or pack), pour over fruit and mix well. Garnish with mint sprigs.
