Food is a celebration of both life and family. Food is also a culture, and it is up to you to shape that culture in your home and around your table. Each of us has our own unique favorite dishes that bring recollection of the enjoyment we had cooking with our families and sharing meals. We had a great time re-creating our childhood memories for this article, from rolling tamales, to perfecting the perfect piecrust for tourtiere to that amazing pierogi dough.
