Mission Statement: Together with our partners, we provide healthy solutions to end hunger in our community.

All Faiths Food Bank is the only food bank in Sarasota and DeSoto counties. This organization addresses hunger as a health issue and recognizes the ripple effect that individual hunger has on the physical, mental, and emotional health of the community at large. “Food is a fundamental right; everybody deserves access to food.” COVID-19 has impacted our community in so many ways: People found themselves out of work overnight and the issue of hunger stepped out of the shadows and became more visceral for us as a community. If pounds of food distributed are an indicator of need then consider this: Before 2020 All Faiths distributed 13 million pounds of food, in 2020 they distributed 21 million pounds of food. People responded so genuinely, and All Faiths is quick to express their profound gratitude for their donors and volunteers. This is a collaborative group of people; you’ll see the name All Faiths pop up more than once when reading about the other organizations.

Give — Your Expertise: Are you a truck driver? The supply chain is a huge challenge as a result of COVID. All Faiths, and their retail partners, are having challenges because of a sudden lack of qualified CDL truck drivers.
