AJ Latteri-Caster, founder of The Private Chefs of Anna Maria Island, shared some of her tips and tricks for putting together the perfect grazing board. By using parchment paper and greens to cover platters or boards (kale or collards) they become the foundation and make for an easy cleanup. Also, using cupcake cups or any small vessels for nuts and dips help contain them and, just in case someone has a nut allergy, always best to err on the side of caution. Risers can add height. Herbs and edible blooms always add an extra wow factor. Shop at local farmers’ markets or farms for something different and it’s always best to keep it local & support your farmer.
