Vegan Garlic Cashew Cream Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cashews (soaked in filtered water at least 4 hours, then drained and rinsed)
  • ¾+cup clean almond milk (MALK is my go-to clean brand)
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon chopped basil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt

Preparation

Transfer the soaked cashews, almond milk, minced garlic, maple syrup, herbs, and salt to food processor and process until very smooth and creamy.
