Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup coconut water (or orange juice)
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds or ground flax seed (optional)

Preparation

For the smoothie, add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
