Ingredients
- 2 ounces Siesta Key Coconut Rum
- ¾ ounce pineapple juice
- ¾ ounce Cointreau
- 1 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
Preparation
Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Shake well until chilled and pour into your favorite glass garnished with a fresh pineapple wedge. Feel free to rim the glass with sugar or salt, depending on your preference.
