- 2 ounces Smooth Ambler Old Scout
- 1 ounce lemon
- 1 ounce allspice simple syrup
- pumpkin spice egg white foam (pumpkin spice tea, Florida sugarcane, egg whites)
- cinnamon brown sugar dust
Preparation
Combine all ingredients except for egg white foam in your cocktail shaker. Shake well and strain into a martini coupe.
Top with pumpkin spice egg white foam and garnish with cinnamon brown sugar dust.
