- ⅔ cup plus 2 tablespoons oil
- ⅓ cup vinegar
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese
- 1–2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ teaspoon garlic salt
- ½ teaspoon seasoned salt
- 4 hearts of romaine lettuce, chopped
- ½ cup black olives
- ½ cup pepperoncini peppers
- 4 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Preparation
Whisk together oil, vinegar, parmesan, garlic, garlic salt, and seasoned salt in a small bowl. Combine lettuce, olives, peppers, and feta cheese in a large bowl. Add enough dressing to lettuce mixture to moisten. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
