- 4 ears corn on the cob
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- ¼ cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 teaspoon chili garlic sauce
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 tablespoons chopped peanuts
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
Preparation
Preheat grill.
Remove husks from corn. Place corn over open flame on grill for 3–4 minutes per side.
In a bowl, mix together the melted butter, sweet chili sauce, chili garlic sauce, and lime juice.
Remove corn from grill and top with the sauce. Garnish with chopped peanuts and cilantro.
