Ingredients
- 1 bunch cilantro
- 2 ripe avocados
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- Salt and white pepper
- 2 heads artisan romaine
- Crumbled cotija cheese
Preparation
Grill whole bunch of cilantro until slightly charred. Roughly chop.
In a food processor, mix all ingredients except romaine and blend until smooth. Adjust with salt and white pepper.
Grill romaine until charred as much as you wish.
Toss with avocado dressing and crumbled cotija cheese.
