Ingredients

SERVINGS: 1 Cup(s)
  • 2 tablespoons cumin & coriander seeds
  • 1 tablespoon cloves
  • 1 tablespoon whole green cardamon
  • 1 tablespoon cassia bark stick cinnamon
  • 13 whole black cardamom
  • 1 teaspoon whole black pepper
  • 3 teaspoons fenugreek seeds
  • 4 star anise
  • ¼ grated whole nutmeg
  • 2 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon fennel seed

Preparation

Grind all whole spices together in coffee grinder.

Store in clear jar in cool, dark cupboard.
