- 2 tablespoons cumin & coriander seeds
- 1 tablespoon cloves
- 1 tablespoon whole green cardamon
- 1 tablespoon cassia bark stick cinnamon
- 13 whole black cardamom
- 1 teaspoon whole black pepper
- 3 teaspoons fenugreek seeds
- 4 star anise
- ¼ grated whole nutmeg
- 2 teaspoons ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon fennel seed
Preparation
Grind all whole spices together in coffee grinder.
Store in clear jar in cool, dark cupboard.
Extra can be stored in freezer
