Fresh from Florida: Lefty’s Oyster & Seafood Bar Florida Fresh Seafood Ceviche

Taste the heart of Florida with Fresh From Florida, where vibrant local ingredients travel just miles to local tables. Across the Sunshine State, growers nurture seasonal produce that reflects the sunshine, soil, and spirit of home.

At Lefty’s Oyster & Seafood Bar, that local flavor shines. By sourcing from Florida fishmongers and their double-certified organic farm partner, Blumenberry Farms, Lefty’s brings fresh, farm-grown goodness straight into their kitchen.

Blumenberry Farms, a certified organic family farm in Sarasota, has spent over 30 years hand-harvesting premium vegetables and herbs. Their fields yield seasonal crops—from crisp lettuces and carrots to herbs and heirloom tomatoes—picked ripe and full of flavor.

Choosing local means fresher, tastier, more sustainable food. It’s this farm-to-table quality that elevates Lefty’s Fresh Seafood Ceviche—a bright mix of Florida Gulf seafood, citrus, and locally grown produce.

Fresh From Florida connects farmers, restaurants, and food lovers—supporting communities and making every dish memorable. Taste local. Support local. Love Florida.
