Ingredients
SERVINGS: Makes 12
- 1 cup melted butter
- 1 pound crab meat
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 jar Old English sharp cheddar
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 6 plain English muffins, split
Preparation
Mix the butter, crab, mayo, cheese, and garlic powder.
Spread the mix evenly on the 12 English muffin halves.
Bake at 400°F for 10—12 minutes, until golden brown on top.
Leftovers can be frozen in a zip-top bag for later use. Thaw for 10 minutes before baking.
