BHI Blueberry, Kale, Cacao, Avocado and Walnut Smoothie

Ingredients

SERVINGS: Serves 1-2
  • 2 cups frozen blueberries
  • ½ cup walnut pieces
  • ½ large avocado
  • ½ cup packed fresh baby kale
  • 2 tablespoons cacao powder
  • ¾ cup hemp or almond milk

Preparation

Measure all ingredients into a blender. Starting on low and working up to high, blend until completely smooth. Serve immediately.
