Watermelon Rose’ Frosé

Watermelon Rose’ Frosé

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bottle rosé wine, frozen overnight in pan or sealed plastic bag
  • 8 ounces watermelon, cubed and frozen
  • 8 ounces frozen strawberries
  • ½ cup simple syrup, made by heating equal parts sugar and water together until sugar dissolves
  • ⅓ cup lemon juice
  • 3 ounces raspberry liqueur
  • 1 tablespoon rose water
  • for garnish: dehydrated citrus wheel, watermelon wedge, and/or fresh mint

Instructions
 

  • Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Garnish with a dehydrated citrus wheel, watermelon wedge, and/or fresh mint.
