
The Siren
Ingredients
- 2 ounces Ketel One Vodka or Hendrick’s Gin
- 3 ounces Ketel One Vodka or Hendrick’s Gin
- 1 ounce St-Germain elderflower liqueur
- 1 ounce homemade simple syrup
- 1½ ounces lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- Splash of Prosecco
- 2 cranberry juice ice cubes
- 2 grapefruit juice ice cubes
- 2 flower ice cubes
Instructions
- Shake ingredients (except for Prosecco) with ice and strain into a Pyrex pitcher. Place ice cubes in a balloon wine glass (2 cranberry juice, 2 grapefruit juice, and 2 flower ice cubes). Pour Pyrex mixture (topped with Prosecco) over ice cubes.
