Ingredients
  

  • 2 ounces Del Maguey Mezcal
  • 1 ounce lime
  • 1 ounce pineapple cilantro syrup
  • 1 egg white
  • Tajin pepper, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients, serve in a frozen bell pepper, garnished with Tajin pepper powder.
