Mom’s Greek Salad

Mom's Greek Salad

Ingredients
  

  • ⅔ cup plus 2 tablespoons oil
  • ⅓ cup vinegar
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese
  • 1–2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon garlic salt
  • ½ teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 4 hearts of romaine lettuce, chopped
  • ½ cup black olives
  • ½ cup pepperoncini peppers
  • 4 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
 

  • Whisk together oil, vinegar, parmesan, garlic, garlic salt, and seasoned salt in a small bowl. Combine lettuce, olives, peppers, and feta cheese in a large bowl. Add enough dressing to lettuce mixture to moisten. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
