Burrata with Heirloom Tomatoes and Basil

Ingredients
  

  • 2 burrata balls, drained
  • 2½ pounds assorted heirloom tomatoes, sliced
  • salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
  • 1 bunch fresh basil, leaves removed from stems, stems discarded

Instructions
 

  • Arrange the burrata on a serving platter surrounded by the slices of assorted heirloom tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze.
    Sprinkle decoratively with loose basil leaves and serve, ensuring that each guest receives some of the gooey inside of the cheese!
