Bittersweet Pineapple Margarita
Ingredients
- 1½ ounces tequila
- ¾ ounces Aperol
- 1½ ounces pineapple juice
- juice of 1 lime
- dash of agave
- salt for rim
- for garnish: pineapple and lime
Instructions
- Coat the rim of your glass with fresh lime juice then dip it into the salt. Combine tequila, Aperol, pineapple juice, lime juice, and agave in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until chilled. Strain into the glass over ice. Garnish with pineapple and lime.
