Billionaire Bacon
Ingredients
- 6 slices thick-cut bacon
- 1 cup brown sugar
Instructions
- Heat oven to 375°. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Place bacon about ¼-inch apart on cookie sheet. Liberally rub bacon with brown sugar. Bake for 18–22 minutes. Let rest on cookie sheet until cooled. It will become crisp, candied bacon as it cools. Recipe courtesy of Made Restaurant
