Ingredients

2 ounces Smooth Ambler Big Level
1 ounce lemon juice
1 ounce ginger & cinnamon syrup
2 ounces apple cider

Instructions

Add all ingredients to vac pot siphon (traditionally used for brewing coffee).
Turn on heat and bring cocktail to a soft boil. Garnish with torched cinnamon and sustainable lemon wheel.
