Bethie's Frozen Mango Tiki-Tini

I am obsessed with 1950s-era tiki culture—the cocktails and retro tiki bars too—and this is an easy and delicious height-of-summer adult smoothie! This recipe is a guide and you definitely don’t have to follow it exactly; pineapple is a great substitution for the mango. Get creative!

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup 365-brand organic orange juice, frozen in an ice tray
  • ¾ cup 365-brand organic coconut cream
  • ¼ cup freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 8 ounces 365-brand frozen mango chunks
  • 4–6 ounces rum
  • 3 ounces orange liqueur
  • 2 ounces coconut rum
  • Freshly grated nutmeg
  • Fresh mint for garnish

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients except the nutmeg and mint in a blender and blend until smooth, adding more orange juice to achieve the desired consistency. Pour into chilled tiki glasses; top with a grating of nutmeg and garnish with fresh mint. You can also add citrus wedges, pineapple fronds, and paper umbrellas for a festive garnish.
