Radish Tart

Radish Tart

A rustic radish tart offers contrast—flaky, golden pastry layered with creamy herb cheese and the gentle bite of thinly sliced radishes. Finished with lemon and thyme, it’s simple but striking, the kind of dish that feels both effortless and elegant.

Instructions

  • Spread 2 tablespoons of herb cheese mixture onto the center of each pastry piece.
  • Place pastry cheese side down onto each of the radish-prepared parchment.
  • In a small bowl beat 1 egg and brush each pastry with egg.
