Peach & Burrata Salad

Peach & Burrata Salad

Course Salad
Servings 6 -10 servings

Ingredients
  

  • 4–6 cups mixed field greens
  • 3–4 pieces of whole burrata
  • 6 ripe peaches thinly sliced
  • 1 pint blueberries
  • ½ cup candied nuts
  • ½ cup dried cherries or cranberries
  • 1 bunch fresh basil

For the Honey Dressing:

  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • ¼ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • Salt & pepper

Instructions
 

To make the salad:

  • Put your salad together in your own style—there’s no wrong way to do it. Need a little inspiration? Check out my reel on social media to see how I plate it up. Serve it with the Honey Dressing on the side or drizzled over the top—your call!

To make the honey dressing:

  • Shake it all up in a jar until the honey is fully incorporated.
