Course Main Course
Servings 4 servings

Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops
  • Weaver’s Farm Dust Seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon rustic whole-grain mustard
  • 1 cup Brussels sprouts halved
  • 2 Granny Smith apples peeled and thickly sliced

Instructions

  • Season pork chops with Farm Dust.
  • Heat oil in a heavy skillet and brown pork chops on medium-high heat on both sides.
  • Remove from pan and deglaze by pouring in stock, scraping up the brown bits on the skillet. Stir in the maple syrup and mustard and simmer for 2 minutes.
  • Add the pork chops back in and top with Brussels sprouts and apples, mixing so the sauce coats all of the ingredients. Cover and cook another 10 minutes, until piping hot and cooked to your liking.

Notes

I served these over mashed sweet potatoes and they would also be delicious with rice, farro, polenta, or on their own!
