Born and raised on Maryland’s Eastern Shore, Maggie thoroughly embraces the coastal lifestyle. Whether boating, fishing or beach bumming it her focus is never far from environmental sustainability and the iconic Suncoast culture.
Maggie moved to Sarasota after graduating from Salisbury University in Maryland with a degree in Journalism & Public Relations minoring in Environmental Studies.
Maggie joined the Edible Sarasota team in 2014 where she nurtures her passion for the local culinary community.
When she is not out enjoying the ever-evolving food scene of Sarasota she is spending time with her two rescue hounds, Juniper and Tate.
