Chef Judi Gallagher has been creating sweet and savory magic since she began baking oatmeal cookies as a child. Known for her passion for all thing delicious, Judi is the Co-Publisher of www.Mycookingmagazine and Culinary Director for ABC 7 where her daily show, “Chef Judi’s Dish” whips up magic daily at noon.

An Honors graduate of the prestigious Johnson and Wales University in Providence, R.I., Chef Judi has cooked alongside Jacques Pepin, Emeril Lagasse, Johnny Carrabba and Roy Yamaguci. Her acclaimed television and radio interviews with Baroness Philippine Rothschild, Margrit Mondavi and Alessia Antinori while on tour with the Primum Familia Vino families won praise for bringing a natural inside look to the world’s most famous wine families.
