It seems cliche to say that age is just a number, yet isn’t that the feeling we all want to achieve? Even if our birthdate says we are 55, 65, or 75, our bodies and how we feel can say something totally different. We Pellet in Bradenton focuses on overall health and wellness optimization.
“We want to redefine what it means to thrive,” says managing partner David Buzzetti. “Our physical health, mental health, and general medical all have to be in sync in order for us to be optimized.”
Buzzetti says he is building a future-focused wellness ecosystem, designed to regenerate our bodies based on personalize treatments and evidence-informed science. His method means being proactive about all aspects of our health to find vitality and peak performance, rather than the typical medical model of just reacting when something is wrong. We Pellet doesn’t just treat symptoms; they help design a resilience to the inevitability of aging.
Buzzetti himself is a senior healthcare executive and is wrapping up a 30-year naval career, from which his desire for peak human performance stems. He explains that despite the name We Pellet, the practice involves much more than just hormones.
“We are actually in the midst of a re-brand from We Pellet to THRYV.

Hormones can be a base to improve muscle mass, metabolism, clarity of thought. But there are so many other components that we can help. From cognitive brain therapy to peptides, adrenal health and stress, gut health … this is an entire wellness approach for people who are not just interested in being good. They are interested in being and feeling great.”
Buzzetti explains that when a client comes in, the transformational experience starts by creating a body blueprint. A comprehensive set of lab tests is obtained and then discussed in detail with the patient. “This counseling is what sets us apart,” Buzzetti explains. “We take the time to create a balanced treatment plan tailored to your individual needs – whether that means addressing weight, concentration, stress, or overall well being. How you feel matters just as much as what the numbers show.”
Buzzetti describes We Pellet as a practice that is personalized, individualized, and private. The goal is to build relationships with clients in ways traditional medicine and primary care cannot. Under the guidance of Marie Hertzberg, Practice Manager, and Audrey Hart, APRN, FNP-C, who provides advanced nursing care, clients can feel confident knowing they are in exceptional hands.
“We are empowering our clients with the tools they need to unlock sustained vitality, mental clarity, and peak performance across every life stage. There is no prototypical age group for us. People should not be defined by age alone.”
Buzzetti is quick to point out We Pellet is not a med spa or a quick fix. To him, it is the future of living well and thriving.
“Feeling great is a lifestyle, not a luxury.”
