Kathryn Brass-Piper is a freelance photographer in Sarasota and the surrounding areas. She specializes in food, portraits, and editorial photography. She holds an associate’s degree in photographic technologies, and a BFA from Florida Atlantic University.
Vanessa Caceres is a food, agriculture, travel, and health freelance writer based in Bradenton.
Randi Donahue is an aspiring modern homesteader and second-generation Sarasotan who savors any chance to learn and write about local entrepreneurs and small-scale farmers making waves in the sustainable food and conscious-living industries.
Abbi Henigman is a freelance photographer based in Sarasota. With a bachelor’s degree in art and a background in the restaurant industry, food photography quickly went from a hobby to a profession. She started her business in 2023, specializing in branding and commercial photography.
Max Kelly is a Sarasota-based photographer and graphic designer specializing in portraiture and food photography. His work has appeared in a range of marketing campaigns, as well as in publications such as Venice Magazine, Harbor Style, and Sarasota Magazine.

Stephanie Peabody Stephanie Peabody, PsyD, HSPP, executive director of the Brain Health Initiative, is a mom, nana, neuropsychologist, and foodie with a focus on lifestyle and brain health. At Harvard, she teaches Lifestyle Medicine for Brain Health and Performance and Nutritional Neuroscience
Stephanie Roberts is passionate about all things local. She spends her days researching everything going on in our community as the executive producer and host of “Suncoast View” on ABC7. Her nights are spent feeding and parenting her four teenage boys and a young adult daughter.
Alex Robinson is a Sarasota native who has been covering food and travel around the U.S. for over 10 years. He’ll never say no to a burger, beer, or boarding pass.
Sara Stovall has covered Sarasota’s arts and eats for local publications since 2011. Her passions for sustainability and eating local have made contributing to Edible Sarasota a favorite way to explore, savor, and completely fall for this place.
Carissa Warfield I have been photographing professionally since 2001. I’m inspired by nature, traveling the world, and meeting people from different cultures. There’s beauty everywhere, and I love capturing it to share with others!
Kaye Warr-Case has been eating, drinking, and writing her way through Sarasota since 1996 and she feels privileged to be a part of Sarasota’s collaborative and creative food community.
