- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup chopped starfruit, reserve a few crosswise slices for garnish
- 1 cup chopped ripe mango
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped red onion
- ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Sea salt, to taste
Preparation
Combine honey and vinegar in a medium bowl, stirring to dissolve honey. Add starfruit, mango, red onion, and red pepper flakes. Gently toss to combine. Season to taste with salt. Garnish with a few star-shaped slices of starfruit.
