- 2 part Siesta Key Toasted Coconut Rum
- ½ part Cointreau
- 1 part pineapple juice
- ½ part fresh lime juice
- powdered nutmeg, for garnish
Use a smoke gun to bring smoke into a wine decanter. Shake all ingredients. Pour shaken cocktail into decanter, fold the smoke in by swirling cocktail in decanter, pour cocktail into a coupe glass, and top with nutmeg.
