Iced Oolong Chai Tea Latte

Place tea leaves in water and cover. Steep in refrigerator for 2–12 hours. Strain leaves and stir in milk, honey (you can mix it in a little warm water to form a syrup), and nutmeg. Serve over ice with a cinnamon stick for swirling.


  • 2 tablespoons loose leaf oolong chai
  • 32 ounces of cool filtered water
  • ¼ cup of whole milk or almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons of raw unfiltered honey
  • 2 dashes of nutmeg
  • Cinnamon sticks for swirling
