- 2 ounces Reyka Vodka
- 2 ounces Tomato Water Purée
- 1 ounce fresh squeezed lemon juice
- ¾ ounce Smoked Salt Syrup
- ½ large red tomato
- ¼ jalapeño with seeds
- ¼ of a passionfruit
- 3 generous slices of watermelon (no rind)
- ¼ red bell pepper.
- Equal parts sugar to water (1 cup sugar:1 cup boiling water)
- 1½ ounce Smoked Sea Salt
1. Add all ingredients in a shaker tin and shake vigorously for 15 seconds. Double strain with a Coco strainer into a tall Collins cocktail glass. Add fresh ice and garnish with fresh sage.
Tomato Water Puree
1. Purée the following in a blender and fine strain through a chinois or cheesecloth.
