- 3 ripe but firm peaches, halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ cup crumbled goat cheese
- ½ cup thinly sliced basil
Heat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Brush cut sides of peaches with oil. Grill, cut sides down, until grill marks appear, 3–4 minutes.
Sprinkle grilled peaches with goat cheese and basil and serve.
