- 1 (15-ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 (6-ounce) can tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- ¼ teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- ⅛ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
In a medium bowl, stir to combine tomato sauce, tomato paste, and honey. Add remaining ingredients and stir well. Store sauce in a covered jar in the refrigerator for up to 1 week, or freeze for up to 3 months.
