Basil and Coconut Creamsicles

You'll be the coolest kid at the beach or poolside with a cooler packed full of these frozen treats.

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until combined. 
  2. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze according to package instructions, about 4 hours. 
  3. Run warm tap water over molds to release popsicles. 


  • 1½ cups coconut milk
  • ¾ cup fresh orange juice, plus 1 teaspoon zest
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice, plus 1 teaspoon zest
  • 10 large basil leaves
