- 1½ cups coconut milk
- ¾ cup fresh orange juice, plus 1 teaspoon zest
- ¼ cup honey
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice, plus 1 teaspoon zest
- 10 large basil leaves
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until combined.
- Pour into popsicle molds and freeze according to package instructions, about 4 hours.
- Run warm tap water over molds to release popsicles.
