Wine Pairing Dinner at Mattison's
Savor a six-course Jamieson Ranch Vineyards Wine Pairing Dinner at 6:30 p.m. Thurs. July 23 at Mattison's Forty-One in Sarasota. The menu, by Chef Paul Mattison, will feature Mediterranean ceviche, tuna tartare, bison tenderloin and homemade chocolate lava s'mores to go with the wines. Special guests for the evening are Doug FitzGibbon from Jamieson Ranch Vineyards in California and Robert Schaeffer from Classical Wines.
